functional business stay
helpful staff convenient location excellent meals
I chose this hotel for business meetings, and the location near the mall was convenient. the staff was helpful, even upgrading my room to the 15th floor. i ate at the italian restaurant and the chinese restaurant, both provided excellent meals at fair prices. the business center had suitable meeting rooms and a central guest area with refreshments. Technicians maintained media systems well.
during my stay, i noticed that the pool lacked sufficient shading, making it less comfortable during peak sun hours.

the hotel features a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes, alongside a business center that includes several meeting rooms with double doors, ensuring privacy, this caters well to business needs.

Staff at the reception desk were consistently polite and efficient. technicians were always available in the business center. They ensured that all media systems functioned correctly, offering immediate assistance, when needed. a concierge service helped efficiently with local transportation arrangements.

my room, located on the 15th floor, was spacious and included a luxurious bed. the bathroom had two separate sinks. a rainfall shower. the room offered high-speed internet access, a work desk, and a seating area.

amazing staff best service comfortable stay
The staff is ready, prepared, and genuinely amazing. My room assistant was Dipesh and he tried his best to. Services were delivered standardly as per hotel category. I really had a great time!
The air conditioning unit in my room was completely ineffective, making it quite uncomfortable

the room had a king bed. i appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the mall. the buffet breakfast was varied and abundant. the restaurants at the hotel seemed nice too.
housekeeping sometimes forgot to replenish the daily towels.
